Welcome to my blog retracing my 14-month long adventure in Antarctica with the French Polar Institute. Disclaimer this is my very first attempt at a blog, a far cry from my tongue in cheek Instagram stories. After numerous friends, family members and co, and strangers (from the supermarket, the doctor’s or from car sharing rides) asked me if I will be making a blog I concluded that I cannot simply resign to emailing my grandparents updates from time to time. So I hope you will enjoy the read whilst I figure out the thin line between recounting a thrilling adventure story and rambling on about my day to day life.
